Location is great and super, property is fairly clean and breakfast is lovely. Superior room is gorgeous, has a particularly good bathroom. There are lots of supplies like: a terrace and a high ceiling. We have to thank very very nice staff for a fantastic stay. Think that this amazing hotel is beyond compare, greatly enjoyed it.

I had a very comfortable experience here, everything was great, the location was magnificent short walk to Eastbourne for friends funeral, the best restaurants in the area, and the train station. All the staff was incredibly welcoming and welcoming, tackled my issues. Hotel's restaurant served splendid meals. I was here for 2 days and would like to come again.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this gorgeous and fabulous place. The rooms were huge and the packed breakfast was marvellous. The bathroom was clean here. I found the hotel's location marvellous, so close to the sea and Eastbourne. Also, I was not very far from Water of Leith Walkway. The total experience was quite comfortable, I recommend.

Our room was high standard and new-fashioned and it came with a delicious breakfast, the most comfortable big beds, for instance. The staffs were affable and attentive and the service was good. The breakfast had a huge variety of options and cereals and yoghourt were fab. The location was magnificent, just a short stroll away from Royal Hippodrome Theatre.

When I am in Eastbourne, I like staying here. I would say it's nice base for staying and exploring Eastbourne. The staff are very, very nice, managed the parking nearby. It has great location still close to the seafront, in a nice area. There is café The Pastry Shop, set 500 metres walk away.
